Please note all the geckos available on this site are captive bred and for sale in the UK only.

Upon requesting any of our livestock, you will be provided with an extensive care sheet for that animal which will be personalised for each individual to include date of birth, incubation temperature, parent information, progress since birth (weight, eating habits, health, etc)

An initial non-refundable deposit will be accepted to secure any gecko and this amount will be credited to the total balance of the transaction.

We can currently accept payment via Cheque, Bank Transfer, Pay Pal or Postal Order. However, shipment will not commence until full payment has been received and cleared in the bank.
Should we not receive full payment 2 weeks after we have agreed we are happy to arrange delivery, the gecko will be put back up for sale. However, if a mistake is made by Winston's Web, we will of course happily provide a full refund.

Delivery will be via first class overnight courier to ensure the geckos well-being and optimum health in transit.
Dependant on location, we may be able to offer a personal deliver service to include free introduction of the gecko to your setup and an advice session at no extra cost.
 
We will not ship any geckos until we are happy about the state of their health, and that are a minimum of 6 weeks old. This gives us time to ensure the gecko is eating and behaving excellently and at optimum health.
We at Winston's Web reserve the right to enquire about a person's suitability to keep a gecko, and we will not ship to any persons under the age of 16 without parental consent to do so.
 
Winston's Web prides its self on its after-sales service, and are happy to answer any queries regarding your new geckos however minor. A contact number will therefore be made available at time of purchase.
Our forum will also be an excellent way to ask advice from people from all over the world on any issues/concerns you may have.
