Delivery Information and Times
Once payment has been received in full, we will
pre-arrange over-night courier with you to ensure you
are available to accept delivery of your gecko and that
it will not get stuck in transit. We will endeavour to
arrange an approximate time with our couriers for
delivery, and will inform you of their contact details
should you find the delivery to be delayed. We only
arrange delivery before 12noon the next day to ensure
minimal stress on the animal. We also ask that once you
have received the animal fit and healthy, you ring us to
inform its safety. This will also give you an
opportunity to ask any initial questions before
introducing it to your setup.
How much will it cost?
We will inform you at time time of enquiry as the
cost of delivery. Our couriers offer different prices
ranging from £18 depending on the time of delivery
(before 9am, before 12am, etc), but these options will
be discussed with you before we ask you to make any
payments. Our Personal Delivery cost will charged at
£0.28 per mile from our location to your house on a
return basis. Alternatively, should you decide to
collect yourself, we would be happy to arrange this.
Payment Options
We can currently accept payment via Cheque, Bank
Transfer, PayPal or Postal Order. However, we can only
arrange delivery once we have received full payment from
you. An initial deposit will secure any gecko
advertised, this amount will be credited to the full
amount of the transaction.
